Ganja Fedora ਗਂਜਾ ਤੋਪੀ ਤੋ ਦੋਰ ਰੈਵੋ A Sikh of the Khalsa should remain away from the influence of ganja and not wear hats. Ganja is considered a low high in the realm of yogic highs, something considered pathetic e.g. in today high society those that sniff glue. Though it is an easy way to get high it will pollute your yogic highs why cause when you get the yogic high you will also be reminded of the ganja high and the ganja high feelings of ‘this high will end’ ‘I need to preserve this high’ will come back. If you never experienced weed than when you get the yogic high you will not get these feelings. Hats, yes that is an odd pairing but the turban protects the hair from all directions, lets you get seeded and rooted back to morality, requires cleanliness to maintain, hats increase ego, bring you ashtray from the paramount path and mix you up with the mundane. Its a step to turn your back from the Guru which is I guess why they are also paired with Ganja in what not to do. Jujhar Singh, Oct 14 2019
