This surah is about how pain (and even 'pleasure'/bleak-worldy-pleasures) guides you to the perfect path??

Sequel of Al-Bakara (2), in Arabic poetry the best part comes first. Pain is divine - a guidance to the truth.

Wake up at Amrit Vela (prior to sunrise time)

Pray for forgiveness.

Singing of 'La ilaha illallah' and The Torah, and Gospel are guides to the right path when in pain.

Superior is Gurmat; The supreme way:

Vanjogi [separated from God] things /artful/worldy things are fine and appealing for the worldly life but

be mindful of the finest potent destination of Sanjyog

Being in Remembrance/Desire of the Name will protect you from fire of maya (bleak unaesthetic demanding desires)

There is nothing worth praising except Allah

This path of Islam (includes Sikhism) is the only way to God, and it states that you cannot hear of the way and create a new one out of envy (Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji did create a new way, but not out of envy rather out of love/righteousness/etc.)

If you submit to having God as your soul + sole desire then God will help you out but if you/they (who argue) say I'll have other desires for a few days they will deceived.

It's your task to tell them about the way of submission.

But how ˹horrible˺ will it be when We gather them together on the Day about which there is no doubt—when every soul will be paid in full for what it has done, and none will be wronged!
