This surah tells us to be careful when being ungrateful.



’ By the [hard] galloping, panting horses,

striking sparks of fire ˹with their hoofs˺,

launching raids at dawn, [coming very strategically]

stirring up ˹clouds of˺ dust, [large army]

and penetrating into the heart of enemy lines!

Surely humankind is ungrateful to their Lord—

and they certainly attest to this—

and they are truly extreme in their love of ˹worldly˺ gains (/ all good things). / and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving.

8 / Being too much passionate is a cause of suffering, being ungrateful (and thus often stressed when you're ungrateful / being grateful fixes this stress.)
