This surah tells us to be careful when being ungrateful.
’ By the [hard] galloping, panting horses,
striking sparks of fire ˹with their hoofs˺,
launching raids at dawn, [coming very strategically]
stirring up ˹clouds of˺ dust, [large army]
and penetrating into the heart of enemy lines!
Surely humankind is ungrateful to their Lord—
and they certainly attest to this—
1
and they are truly extreme in their love of ˹worldly˺ gains (/ all good things). / and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving.
8 / Being too much passionate is a cause of suffering, being ungrateful (and thus often stressed when you're ungrateful / being grateful fixes this stress.)
