This surah tells us the importance of the day and how we can be lustfully unattuned to it and reminded me maybe on a micro level be careful when being ungrateful, and showed me how natural-raza-divine-pace is so beautiful.



’ By the [hard] galloping, panting horses,

striking sparks of fire ˹with their hoofs˺,

launching raids at dawn, [coming very "strategically"]

stirring up ˹clouds of˺ dust, [large army]

and penetrating into the heart of enemy lines!

Surely humankind is ungrateful to their Lord—

and they certainly attest to this—¹

and they are truly extreme in their love of ˹worldly˺ gains [/ and all good things].¹ ∨ and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving.³

8 / Being wrongly "passionate" (or trying to love without love there!) is a cause of suffering as is being ungrateful (??and thus each time adds a little to your stress and maybe the link is direct as often stressed when you're ungrateful but being grateful instantlly fixes this stress??).
