ਅਲ-ਇਨਸਾਨ
This surah teaches of heavenly things and also teaches that man is just a simple lowly thing compared to the most high(/because of all his blessings.)
We should be super humble whenever possible and not take heed to comments that praise you.
(Offset praise if needed with physical displays of poority/simpleness)
Indeed, the virtuous will have a drink cup—flavoured with camphor—
˹from˺ a spring where Allah’s servants will drink, flowing at their will.
5 / [I need to buy more camphor. Drink/Do things you enjoy at any time.]
They ˹are those who˺ fulfil ˹their˺ vows and fear a Day of sweeping horror,
7 / [Be mindful of what vows you take and work to perfectly fulfil them. Cautiously create vows when finished with task. Appreciate god significantly every moment]
Referring to believers,
and give food—despite their desire for it—to the poor, the orphan, and the captive,
8 / [Don't worry about portions just give away, if approached.
Do something wild to offset the balance and get Alha's favour / you may need every chance you get - that is unknown]
We fear from our Lord a horribly distressful Day.”
So Allah will deliver them from the horror of that Day, and grant them radiance and joy,
and reward them for their perseverance with a Garden ˹in Paradise˺ and ˹garments of˺ silk.

There they will be reclining on ˹canopied˺ couches, never seeing scorching heat or bitter cold.
13 / [I should buy couches/stuff with elegant features. Set temperature to perfect. Perfect is easy.]
The Garden’s shade will be right above them, and its fruit will be made very easy to reach.
14 / Garden shade is better than sunlight. Making things is super easy / easy is a quality.
They will be waited on with silver vessels and cups of crystal—
crystalline silver, filled precisely as desired.
And they will be given a drink ˹of pure wine˺ flavoured with ginger
A spring therin named Salsabil / from a spring there, called Salsabîl.
18 / I should create large structures for water storage/usage. Sarovars are much more cool than we mainstream think.
They will be waited on by eternal youths. If you saw them, you would think they were scattered pearls.

And if you looked around, you would see ˹indescribable˺ bliss and a vast kingdom.
20 / When something is hard to fathom, hard to capture it is a blessing!

The virtuous will be ˹dressed˺ in garments of fine green silk and rich brocade, and adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink.
"(The word ṭahûr implies that once the believers take that pure drink, there will be no bad feelings in their hearts or ailments in their bodies.)"
21 / [I should buy lot's of simple silver jewellery. Green is the best colour]

˹And they will be told,˺ “All this is surely a reward for you. Your striving has been appreciated.”

Indeed, it is We Who have revealed the Quran to you ˹O Prophet˺ in progression/stages.
So be patient with your Lord’s decree, and do not yield/pay heed to/ to any evildoer or ˹staunch˺ disbeliever from among them.
23 / Progression is divine
and prostrate before Him during part of the night, and glorify Him long at night
26 / Stand up lots/be alert very/. Go longer than normal.
It is We Who created them and perfected their ˹physical˺ form. But if We will, We can easily replace them with others.
28 / Disbelievers used to be perfect
Surely this is a reminder. So let whoever wills take the ˹Right˺ Way to their Lord.
