This Surah talks about the good side (of paradise)

Companionship/Closeness/Intimacy of God is the heights, stay clear of other thoughts and thoughts of disbelievers

the heights are/paradise when you are able stay mentally in the abode of Allah

There is still beauty in the world Even though Adm and Eve sinned Eat and drink and do not be wasteful (Don't be concerned with the after state of being sinned when you think you may have or may have not sinned, fallback to that state of thanking the lord for the blessings..(do not leave it in the first place)

Don have anxiety about gods scripture as for it is a blessing (Obviously it's going to be powerful) If you deny them you will be in the fire of Maya/Kaljug

Don't be ashamed of these teachings or hesitant in using them.

To better oneself/by cheating/illicit ways [eating from the forbidden tree] is sin as these are all causes to lose concentration of allahs. It's a sin to outsmart God and go against his blessings! (Don't be concerned with the after state of being sinned when you think you may have or may have not sinned, fallback to that state of thanking the lord for the blessings..(do not leave it in the first place)

Gurmat: Do not have pravah (intense maintenance type care) of anything except the True Name
