*Shabad - Divine conversation with the Lord. God is fairly hard to grasp mentally rather contemplated muh easier/grasped with a direct association of God. You can be present with the Guru by constantly focusing/thinking/realizing him through simran or better yet being in sangat ie Gurdwara or a similar place where truth is taught which can give you strong glimpses of Guru with less effort. With a few months (* years) of practice you can get to induce it at will. If your still not there an easy way to get into Naam is just by reading Gurbani with blessings of God you can usually feel 1.5 min - 40min depending on things that occur naturally.

*Gurbani: the guru's poetry and also sermons - used to manipulate or create this feeling of continuous meditation and blessings - read until the exact moment you get bored of it (sehaj) - you shouldn't have desires or hunger to read more (have something or some book in todo list) - read until you get bored of it (or enlightened). One of my favourite activities is to wash/rinse your hair before reading (if not done prior to sunrise and deep sleep, with keep hair covered while going to bathroom and eating), be alert, read right ਰਾਗ - ☀/time based based mood at the right time (ie 'tempo' eg build app pahar/inspirational ragas, climax or mid day ragas?!, descending pahar, w/ same pattern repeating at night)

*Simran: unifying meditation, builds wealth, power, and leads to blessed and best direction, good deeds, the way, etc. Reading gurbani listening to it (listening to kirtan) iz the besz thing in the world..you can get any feeling you desire while listening (thus the name which ratana/jewel).

Nam is just a placeholder reference to hide saying that thing directly.

the scientic name for 'nam'! = (cancel)infinity(cancel)

・・・・・・・・・・・・・^・・ sorry 'forgot' full formula

・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ the nature of infinite events theory got infinity on the wrong side of the equation

Doing and saying Waheguru covers everything and it teaches everything. It's all you need (and all you need to understand) ¿Does it have to be "Waheguru" absolutely not *2 it could any word, quality, *name* saint or even letter that helps you get to that.

Nam is belief in someone or some concept that is absolutely true. i.e. hukam.

Satguru can give hukam but also you can tune into internal Guru / God / Ever present saint / Hari to get naam as well.

Everlasting Gift

naam hai bani/ nam hai guru/

nam hai somuna (merging)

Anand/Naam is like sukh/pleasure except it has a potential of no end (if you stay in it) and origins from contentness and a mix of things such as + bhairav (hard dharmic work) + raag/+gurbani/things that make you happy. Guru ji tells us to stay in ananad avasta min for an hour a day doing simran, if not at least 15 minutes.

Reprise

Nam is an erdict or a segmented communication with the divine outlying a particular action or unquestionable unknown deep truth to take either induced by your soul of by a saint that has passed it forth or into play. An easy way to familiarize with this is convincing you mind or whatever entity controlling you of something new or different than your used to by following a new experience of the heart.

  • Shabad - Divine conversation with the Lord.
