This Surah is about Mary and Jesus and various other Prophets who where born and reasons (of what society is lacking) for prophets to come.

So eat and drink, and put your heart at ease. But if you see any of the people, say, ‘I have vowed silence1 to the Most Compassionate, so I am not talking to anyone today.’”¹

Jesus went around by Lord's decree to be a blessing wherever he goes and for him to establish prayer and give alms-tax as long as he lives, and Jesus says 'to be kind to my mother as he has not made me arrogant or defiant'.
