This surah gives nonbeleivers a chance to ascend to the higher way

5 / Patience has levels
Consider the Day,
but We see it as inevitable/near.
On that Day the sky will be like molten brass

Regarding those not deemed to punishment,
and those who fear the punishment of their Lord—
