This Surah talks about the good side (of paradise)
Companionship/Closeness/Intimacy of God is the heights, stay clear of other thoughts and thoughts of disbelievers.
the heights/paradise is when you are able stay mentally in the abode of Allah. (rather than searching for something)
There is still beauty in the world
even though Adm and Eve sinned.
Eat and drink and do not be wasteful (Don't be concerned with the after state of being sinned when you think you may have or may have not sinned, fallback to that state of thanking the Lord for the blessings / or being one with the Lord..(do not leave it in the first place)
