This surah is about when God wills and to be super prudent towards matters of God / Righteousness / Fair standard of beauty
When the sky is rent asunder
and hearkens to the command of its Lord, doing what it should;
(Literally: And listens its Lord’s command. However, according to Arabic usage adhina lahu does not only mean: He heard the command but it means: Hearing the command he carried it out promptly like an obedient servant.)
1 / The sky shows clear signs of what's happening
Persians used to stay home when it's sunny hunt when cloudy ([could imply collecting things] drink when raining [learning or listening to music] sleeping when windy
and when the earth is stretched out
and casts out what is within it and is emptied,
and hearkens to the command of its Lord, doing what it should. / obeying its Lord as it must, ˹surely you will all be judged˺.
3 / Things become unreachable, When things become undoable and impossible turn to the Lord and look at his magnificant Will.
Regarding those whose account are not in favor at all,
shall cry for “perdition,”
11 / If your solution to a problem has major weight and is not simple to explain at all - you may have sinned.
Regarding returning to Alha and aging day by day,
So, I do swear by the twilight!
And by the night and whatever it envelops!
And by the moon when it waxes full!

So, what is the matter with them that they do not believe,
and when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate themselves?

So give them the good news of a painful chastisement, / Hence, give them the tiding of grievous suffering [in the life to come] –
except for those who believe and do good deeds. Theirs shall be an unending reward. / unless it be such [of them] as [repent, and] attain to faith, and do good works: for theirs shall be a reward unending!
24 / [Repenting (from first receiving suffering to allow you to be awakened to what you did) allows you to grow forward in life immensely]
