ਸ. ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ 'ਬੀਰ' (Sardar Raghbir Singh Bir; 7 October 1896 - 14 April 1974) was a Sikh businessman who for a majority of his life lived in Calcutta (Bengal). He was originally from Lahore.
Bandginama is his most famous work.
Sharda and honest character as well as health without medicine are some of his topics at work.

Atam Science Trust published alot of his books. Some of his books were self published.<note>Including Safal Jiwan (1955 )</note>
