A Hukamanama refers to reading a random shabad from SGGS ji. When SGGS ji is opened the shabad appearing at he top left page first line is read if no shabad appears there which is often the case the shabad starting a the end of the previous page is read.

Accepting hukam
Feeling bad = your consciousness* ** with limited knowledge is assured it went against itself, however the future is uncertain and the facts that you criteria may be opposite, invalid, outlying, etc. If you have failed your vision however you can replan it and even plan it better or just add faith to it and wait to be blessed.
